• Once you have logged onto the tap App do not leave your mobile device unattended or let anyone else use your mobile device
• Logging out of the tap App once you have finished using the App services, and in particular not leaving the App running in the background whilst logged in (e.g. whilst multi-tasking, or running other apps);
• You will be responsible for all instructions given by you or anyone acting with your authority between when you log onto the tap App until you log off the App.
